Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for frontend and
backend components of our SaaS platform.
• Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, etc.) to
implement requirements correctly and meet customers' expectations.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing and promote the use of automation tools.
• Participate in all software development life cycle phases, from design to deployment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices, including test automation
and test environment provisioning.
• Help troubleshoot and triage issues with different teams to drive toward root cause
identification and resolution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/ Master degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools like SOAP UI, Rest webservices, Postman, Selenium, TestNG, etc.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with performance testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, etc., is a plus.
