Conception, implementation and execution of software tests in automotive embedded projects
supporting decentralized test teams in the planning and execution of all software test activities along the ASPICE processes SWE.4 to SWE.6
Analysis of software requirements and the derivation of structured test cases
Creation of metrics and status reports (test report, coverage, traceability) for continuous improvement of the software quality
Cooperation with the software development, software engineering teams and related departments.

What You Will Do
Conception, implementation and execution of software tests in automotive embedded projects
supporting decentralized test teams in the planning and execution of all software test activities along the ASPICE processes SWE.4 to SWE.6
Analysis of software requirements and the derivation of structured test cases
Creation of metrics and status reports (test report, coverage, traceability) for continuous improvement of the software quality
Cooperation with the software development, software engineering teams and related departments.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Good domain knowledge and experience in testing of embedded automotive systems
Relevant experience in software unit verification/ integration/ qualification testing
Experience in developing test automation scenarios and scripts
Experience in requirements analysis with tools such as DOORs or Polarion
Good understanding on Automotive communication protocols like CAN/LIN, UDS
Experience in tools like Vector Canoe, VectorCast
Experience in CAPL scripting
Experience working in an agile project environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills written, verbal and presentation
Knowledge and work experience in ASPICE process
Knowledge on Autosar Architecture
What Will Put You Ahead
Knowledge of safety standards from the automotive industry (ISO 26262) and ISTQB certification would be an advantage
Good knowledge of automotive development processes including V-Modell, and agile methods
Knowledge in wireless charging technology according to the Qi standard or automotive application of USB technology are beneficial
Experience in Python scripting
The ability to work with cross functional, multiregional, internal and external teams that can have different priorities.
Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision and limited information.
Familiarity with lab equipment such as multimeter and oscilloscopes
Goal oriented, structured, diligent and independent work ethic
