Impact
You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and usability of our digital banking solutions. Your contribution will help drive test automation and ensure quick and high-quality product delivery, significantly impacting user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Deliverables
• Develop and maintain robust test automation scripts using Selenium, Appium, and Java.
• Write and execute SQL queries for backend validation.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to create detailed test scenarios from user stories.
• Ensure the automation coverage of mobile and web applications.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins.
• Analyze test results, log defects, and provide metrics on test progress and quality.
Skills And Qualification
Functional Skills:
• Strong business knowledge of financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Technical Skills
• 5 to 7 years of experience in automation testing.
• Experience in Selenium, Appium, Python, Java, and TestNG.
• Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jenkins, Sauce Labs, and Jira.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and testing methodologies like BDD/TDD.
• Prior experience in financial domain testing is mandatory.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Overall 5-7 years of experience in Automation Testing
• ISTQB/CTFL, Selenium, SDET certification preferred.
• Previous experience or coursework in manual and automation testing.
• Financial or banking testing experience is a must.
Relationships & Collaboration
• Work with developers, business analysts, and QA team members.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings.
