Job description
Long Point Eco-Adventures is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable individual to join our team. Dishwashers will join our Marshview kitchen staff to help prepare, clean-up and provide a sanitary breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering experience for our on site guests. A successful applicant will possess a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills and understands the importance of punctuality & reliability. The willingness and ability to work in a team environment is essential to our work culture at Long Point Eco-Adventures.
Dishwasher responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Must be willing to work early mornings for breakfast service (on occasion)
- Follow proper cleaning, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment that is customer service oriented
- Perform opening, closing and cleaning tasks as outlined
- Communicate effectively with front of house staff to ensure all utensils / glassware are available for service
- Operate the ‘EcoLab’ dishwasher with appropriate cleaning detergents
- Answer, report and follow up with Head Chef and/or Sous Chef
- Maintain a positive attitude towards other kitchen staff, front of house wait staff and customers
- Report any issues or safety concerns to department head
- A willingness to perform other duties on site as requested
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred, but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Have knowledge of cooking and food sanitation procedures
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude and personality are a must
- Must be willing to receive First Aid/CPR training

Job description
We are seeking enthusiastic personnel to join our SoilRocks family in Regina as an auger drill rig helper. Ideal for those who are willing to work outside in Saskatchewan's all-weather conditions, mechanically inclined, and able to lift heavyweights. Travel is required for this job and the helper must have a good driving record.
Prior drilling experience is not a must. Training will be provided by the veteran driller.
Current training in any of the following, will be considered an asset: SCOT including WHMIS 2015, Standard First Aid/CPR, Global Ground Disturbance Level II, H2S Alive.
Canadian Prairie experience in the following industries will be considered an asset: drilling, highway/civil construction, building construction, mining, military, or farming.
• *RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining a safe work environment and supporting SoilRocks “Safety First” culture.
- Represent SoilRocks when meeting with clients and other colleagues on a job site.
- Responsible for maintaining safe work sites and ensuring job hazards are identified and risks mitigated before the work. Ensuring the safety of themselves and others on-site.
- Work alongside under the direct supervision of the driller.
- Safely and repeatedly handle drill augers (weighing approximately 50 - 60 lbs), drilling tools and samples.
- Assist the driller in the set-up and safe operation of drilling and support equipment.
- Monitoring stock levels of supplies and equipment for operations.
- Organizing and cleaning the drill and drill site.
- Assisting with maintenance, upkeep, and repair of drilling, support equipment, and tools.
- Stay in constant communication with the crew to maintain safety standards.

• *New to the Geotechnical Drilling Industry? This is what you will need to work with us on a drilling rig**:
- Passionate about customer service and fostering a safe and productive work site.
- You should be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid Canadian driver’s license and a good driving record. Must provide a current Driver’s Abstract annually.
- You should be able and willing to travel out of Regina, SK frequently for work assignments.
- Have a strong work ethic and respect commitments.

- Safely and repeatedly handle drill augers (weighing approximately 50 - 60 lbs), drilling tools and samples.
- All potential employees must complete a substance abuse screening and rigorous physical test before employment.
• *Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
