Job Responsibilities:
• Establish and specify specified deliverables for a project or initiative
• Determine risks and make plans for mitigating them, get obstacles out of the way, and quickly fill team gaps
• Make sure the team keeps the app's stability and performance up to standards
• Take full accountability for promoting changes and monitoring the project's execution to ensure success as determined by adherence to criteria of scope, budget, and timing
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
• Prolific experience working with Solana and related technologies
• Demonstrable experience with Blockchain, Rust, and React
• Some experience with Node.js and Tailwind CSS is nice to have
• Excellent English communication skills
