Profile : Project Owner
Exp : 1-3 years
Responsibilities:
·Internal Team Co-ordination : Co-ordinate with team 5-6 no's Project Co-ordinator's on daily basis on setting the daily targets, planning & updates
·Managing the Operation process through specific
software or excel sheets
·Interdepar tmental Co-ordination with Design &
Customer Delight team
BOM Solar Bill of Material Review
·Assist Customer Success Owner (CSO/ Manager) in achieving projects completion in given
TATs & maximize the profit
·Rigorous tracking & follow up
·Maintain Customer Relationship by providing support, information & answering queries
·politely & achieve customer delight
·Remote Monitoring & Installation team support of Solar installation within same city or
·diff erent cities
KPI Setting & Adherence of Team
·Learning & Development of Team
lnC onboarding & training.
·Material Management & Procurement tracking with Purchase team
·Interviewing of Project Co-ordinators on need basis.
Roles
Carrying out site surveys.
Preparation of project BoM & site installation presentations.
On-site installation supervision.
Carrying out Quality Audits.
Meter installation & inverter commissioning.
Govt Approval related file movements.
Site Survey & Shadow analysis understanding.
Trained for Solar installation.
Requirements:
Basic solar knowledge.
Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding.
Basic Computer Knowledge in M. S. Word + Excel + Power point.
Good Communication skill (English, Hindi + Local Language).
Problem solver.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Presentable.
Rooftop solar installation experience.
Govt Approval related file movement work.
