Solar Sales Executive

As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and articulate sales consultant to join our team in a flexible capacity.
Role Overview:
This is a remote, on-call position focused on inbound and outbound customer engagement via phone and digital channels. You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the solar journey—from initial inquiry to system selection—while ensuring clarity, trust, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Handle inbound sales calls and follow up on qualified leads
💬 Conduct outbound calls to warm prospects and respond to online inquiries
☀️ Educate customers on solar and battery system options, benefits, and pricing
🧾 Assist with quotation reviews and explain inclusions, exclusions, and upgrade options
✅ Ensure all communications align with NETCC, CEC, and Australian Consumer Law standards
🧠 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
🤝 Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to ensure seamless handover
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent phone communication and active listening skills
Strong understanding of solar systems, battery storage, and energy savings
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Prior experience in solar sales or customer service preferred
