Job Title: Solar Technician / Panel Installer – Solar Industry
Location: Model Town and Karol Bagh, Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 6 months – 5 years
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
Join a dynamic team in Delhi's growing solar energy sector—a crucial component of India’s clean energy targets and "Make in India" initiative
You'll play a key role in promoting renewable energy and achieving sustainable development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site assessments and evaluate layouts as per blueprints.
Assemble, install, wire, ground, and mount solar panels on rooftops and structures.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain solar PV systems for optimal performance.
Ensure system testing and commissioning of solar installations reddit.
Adhere to safety protocols, wear protective gear, and manage occupational hazards
Document installations, maintain records, and guide clients post-installation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10th-grade education; ITI/Diploma in electrical or mechanical fields preferred.
6 months to 5 years hands-on experience in solar or related installations.
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, grounding, and inverter integration.
Physical agility to work at heights and outdoors in various weather.
Problem-solving, teamwork, and strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
