About the role
HopgoodGanim Lawyers are seeking a dedicated Solicitor or Associate with 2-4 years PAE, to join our specialist Workplace and Employment Law team in Brisbane.
Working closely with 2 Partners, and two Special Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work with both public and private sector clients, including large employers, government agencies and senior executives, handling work such as:
Negotiation and drafting of standard and executive employment arrangements
Employment dispute management and litigation, including Fair Work proceedings
Advising on workplace compliance, industrial relations and enterprise bargaining
Providing strategic employment advice on complex issues, including workplace investigations, work health and safety and policy development
