Our passionate Solicitors, Law Clerks, Paralegals and Administration professionals have delivered justice for our clients who have suffered catastrophic back injuries, brain injuries, cosmetic injuries, birth injuries, delayed diagnosis of illness and children with cerebral palsy.
Our Opportunity
As a Solicitor in our Melbourne CBD-based Medical Law practice, you’ll be on the frontline as we doggedly seek justice. Reporting to the Victorian Practice Leader, you’ll work on a range of litigated medical negligence cases. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual with experience in medical negligence, or a talented personal injuries specialist who wants to make a move to this fulfilling Medical Law practice.

Providing the legal advice and representation our clients need and deserve to obtain maximum compensation.
Progressing and resolving medical negligence claims.
Effectively assessing claims, including liability and quantum.
Cultivating strong relationships with our clients through exceptional communication and clear management of expectations.
Preparing legal documentation with a high degree of detail, and running a file load with a keen level of commercial and fiscal awareness.
Working as one team and actively supporting each other.
Proactively network across the industry to develop external relationships with other professionals and closely aligned organisations and building networks and growing the business through referral relationships.
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
Bachelor of Laws with a current practising certificate.
Pre or post-admission experience across medical negligence claims is desirable, but not essential for success.
Post-admission experience across personal injury claims.
A strong understanding of, and ability to interpret the relevant legislation and legal documentation.
An innate ability to question, challenge the status quo and always stay ahead of the pack.
A commitment to truly connect with those around you and work together to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
