About the role

The Mallesons Projects & Real Estate team in Brisbane is currently recruiting a 2–3 year PQE Solicitor to work closely with Chris Pitson, David Bell and the broader Real Estate team. You’ll join an established, collegiate and high‑performing team that places genuine emphasis on hands‑on supervision, mentoring and ongoing development, providing an ideal environment for a Solicitor looking to build depth, confidence and technical capability in their practice. The role offers exposure to high‑quality, complex and market‑leading matters, with the opportunity to work closely alongside senior practitioners and be actively involved across all stages of transactions. The team advises on all facets of commercial, retail and industrial real estate and in privatisation, infrastructure, energy, renewables and resources projects.

You will have

Quality experience of drafting documents (including agreements, contracts, deeds etc).
Excellent analytical, communication and research skills - to contribute to the delivery of prompt and commercially astute advice.
Strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management ability.
You will be self-aware, positive and have the ability to work well with others; being able to collaborate and work in a team.
Enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities - participating in industry related programs and developing strategic relationships and networks.
