Solid Tumor Inpatient Medical Oncology Opportunity in Miami, Florida
The largest healthcare organization in the South Florida region with medical practices spanning from Key West to Palm Beach, is seeking to employ a Solid Tumor Inpatient Medical Oncologist to join its well-established program, which has been awarded 11 High Performing ratings from U.S. News & World Report (2025-2026), for colon, lung, prostate, gynecological, blood, and complex cancers. The institute brings together 116 dedicated physicians delivering comprehensive care, participates in 200 active clinical trials exploring new therapies, and has conducted more than 46,500 infusion visits and 20,350 diagnostic procedures annually.

• Candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• Ideal candidates will have experience in solid tumor, with inpatient coverage preferred
• Requirements include MD/DO from an accredited institution, active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date), and successful completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
• Candidates will have hospital-based oncology consulting experience, a thorough understanding of and ability to manage acute complications in non-hematologic cancers, and experience developing interdisciplinary and systemic treatment plans including diverse therapies
• Position reports to the Medical Director of Inpatient Solid Tumor Medical Oncology, and is supported by a team of advanced practice providers and fellow oncologists
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with 5-7 weekend call rotations per year
