Job Purpose:
The role of Solution Architect will be responsible for providing technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the platform in the Bank. The person is expected to play a collaborative/ integral role in working with various project and service delivery team to ensure proposed solution architecture meets technology guidelines such as stable, secure and fit for purpose. The person will being hands on various Development platforms skills to be able to engage with implementation teams and ensure all relevant standard, guidelines, best practices are followed across the entire implementation cycle. We are looking for a detail obsessed go-getter to join us on a mission to build the best bank in the world here in India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and lead requirement gathering and design. Clarify requirement and manage scope against baseline
Participate in developing and reviewing Functional Specifications/User Cases
Participate in developing test plan and reviewing Test Specifications
Participate in developing Technical Design Specifications
Build custom application as per business requirement
Produce service catalogues and configure the workflows for the execution of the process as per business requirement.
Provide programming / configuration guidelines and coach software engineers in delivering in accordance to requirement and ensure that the architecture is followed throughout the entire project lifecycle
Conduct code/configuration walkthrough/reviews
Assist with technical challenges across a portfolio of complex projects
Proficient in design and developing custom application
Manage change and releases for applications in production
Act as a point of contact for managing and driving production defects to resolution
Evaluating platform performance, isolate and debug software problems, and Serving as enterprise escalation point for issues
Ensure optimum performance, high availability and stability of solutions
Data related benchmarking, performance analysis and tuning
Performance analytics and custom reporting
Assist in regulatory audits and reporting
Handle business stakeholders directly for techno-functional discussions
Experience of managing large transformation projects
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate – B.E. - Computer Science, Information Technology Engineers from Tier I/II Institute
Post Graduate – Any
Experience:
8-10 years of working experience as Solution Architect across Domains, finance domain is preferred
