Job Description
The candidate has to work on a Container Based Network Function, which is called NWR (Network Repository). NWR is responsible to get records from Network Elements in any structured format, stores in a local database and provide search functionality using GUI & REST API. The candidate has to understand the customer requirements and design a solution to implement same in the product. This includes designing of new features, security requirements, mediation capabilities, API design, automate the solution using CICD, validating solution on different Kubernetes flavours etc.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
• Capability to design and implement system solutions, propose alternatives from the process, change business viewpoints to best implement standard solutions.
• Specifies and designs effective end-to-end solutions, through the high as well as low level design of architecture, to meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective.
• Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time, including verification that the solution meets the client requirements.
• Develops the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
• Research, designs, plans, develops and evaluates an effective solution in specialized domains to meet customer’s requirements and outcomes, thanks to high as well as low level design of architecture.
• Solves highly complex technical problems and develops innovative solutions with impact on the business.
• Good technical skills supporting the team members working in this area.
• Good communication skills to support global business teams.
Key Skills And Experience
• Understanding of Telecom Networks. 8-12 years of relevant experience in telecom industry.
• Expertise with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker Container etc.
• Exposure to Virtualization and Cloud technologies (Kubernetes/Dockers/Open Stack/VMware etc)
• Understanding of OS and system software concepts like processes & threads, memory management, synchronization etc.
• Experience and good understanding of Data transformation for downstream analytical processes. (APIs)
• Exposure to Continuous Integration & SCM environments (Jenkins, SVN , GIT/GERRIT etc)
• Experience in core SW Development in Linux/UNIX environment using Java/Spring Boot
• Familiar with data visualization tools and query language.
• Have experience in product automation using CICD pipeline.
