About The Role
The role of the Solution Architect is to design end-to-end solutions, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing of solutions, and communication with internal and external stakeholders across multiple workflows. The role also includes partnering with Product Management functions to ensure the successful delivery of Fisher and Paykel software implementations as per customer requirements and contractual agreements. Your responsibilities include:
Developing the strategy and roadmap for digital and integrations across Fisher and Paykel Appliances globally.
Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical and physical architectures and recommend/design structures and tools for systems which meet business needs
Present designs to forums and governance groups & inform on progress and seek decisions
Provide advice on technical aspects of system development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly.
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and leading strategic planning sessions.
Working within project teams to complete Privacy Impact Assessments and ensuring security and privacy standards are met.
Demonstrating strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, including listening, empathy, and influence at all levels.
Possessing excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information persuasively both verbally & through business cases.
About You
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect who can organise and run the Sprint planning/Retrospectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring all documentation is completed to the required level. In addition to the delivery work you will support the architecture function by contributing to the strategic planning process and the development of technology roadmaps. To excel this role, you’ll have:
1-3 years’ experience as an Solution architect.
Proven experience delivering solution outcomes in the enterprise space.
Experience with various integration patterns, standards and best practices
Experience with Azure iPaaS and AWS
Workd with integration solutions for enterprise grade systems like IoT, ERP, PIM, CRM, Web Channels, etc.
Understanding of Single-Sign On (SSO) / Federated Security architecture
Exposure to Architecture Strategy & Roadmap frameworks such as TOGAF
