Senior .Net Developer for our Loan Capital Markets Development Hub
We are looking for an experienced C# .Net Architect with capital markets experience to join our newly established development hub in Bengaluru.
The hub is part of the Loan Capital Markets Squad in the Markets Front Office IT Tribe and all members in the hub collaborate closely with the other squad members – Product Owner, Developers and Analysts - who are based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Vilnius, Lithuania. We are a global team and expect everybody to step in on equal terms to help deliver outstanding technical solutions.
Loan Capital Markets and the Loans squad
Loan Capital Markets (LCM) advises and supports Danske Bank's corporate and institutional clients in the origination, structuring and syndication of Corporate Loans, Leveraged Finance, Infrastructure and Real Estate financings. The business is situated across the capitals of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the UK.
Danske Bank is a longstanding player in the Nordic loan market and has significant exposures to corporate and institutional borrowers of various sizes. We are a leading underwriter, coordinator, arranger and agent of Nordic syndicated loans.
We in the Loan Capital Markets Squad are a team of software engineers and analysts that design the Loan Capital Markets value chain of the future. We cover the full spectrum from loan origination to loan servicing. Less than a year ago we went live with a fully integrated 3rd party loan administration system, IHS Markit WSO, and are now busy improving risk management and digitising workflows. We work closely with the members across the value chain to ensure that we deliver maximum impact.

We expect you to come with
• Several years of C# .Net backend development experience
• Good knowledge of architecture and development patterns (e.g. microservices, CQRS, Domain Driven Design, Event Sourcing, SOLID)
• Familiarity with Full Stack development including modern web development (SPA, Angular 7+, React, TypeScript) and server side development (APIs, messaging, multi-threaded systems)
• Experienced with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Test Driven Development and CI/CD
• Experience from the financial sector, capital markets, corporate lending or similar
• Fluency in English and experience with working in global teams
