We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect - Gaming Compliance for a Fixed Term Contract to join our dynamic team. The Solution Architect will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of our Gaming Compliance solutions relating to People, Process and Systems to meet the needs of our clients and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture design, and experience with Gaming - AML software solutions, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design scalable and robust software solutions.
Architecture Development: Develop and maintain architectural standards, principles, and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions to connect various systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Performance Optimisation: Identify performance bottlenecks and architectural weaknesses, and propose solutions to optimise system performance and scalability.
Risk Management: Assess technical risks associated with proposed solutions and provide mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and best practices guidelines.

What do we need from you

Now let’s talk about you

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Solution Architect working with SAP HCM solutions or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
Experience with integration architectures such as iPaaS, API Gateways, ETL, ESB and related technologies (e.g. REST, JSON, etc.).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of emerging technologies, digital solutions, cyber security, and IT industry market trends.
