You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the solution design and architecture efforts for projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with solution architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
