Role: Technical Lead / Solution Architect
Total Experience: 8+ Years

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect with a strong foundation in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and (Flutter, Python is good to have). The ideal candidate should have hands-on coding expertise, proven experience managing large-scale projects using Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills. A key differentiator for this role is exceptional documentation capabilities including creating detailed architecture documentation, technical documentation, and as-built documentation that meets enterprise standards. This role requires leading teams to deliver custom web and mobile app projects with a focus on quality, scalability, and client satisfaction. Basic knowledge of DevOps practices is desirable but not the primary focus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver medium-to-large projects in web and mobile domains using Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban). Ensure project scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
Run sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and track delivery KPIs such as velocity, burn-down, and defect ratios.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (MERN developers, Flutter engineers, Python developers, QA), assign tasks, and ensure collaborative success.
Guide design and architecture for scalable solutions in MERN projects.
Review code and enforce best practices in coding standards, security, and performance.
Apply basic DevOps knowledge for deployments and liaise with infra teams when required.
Serve as the primary technical and delivery contact for clients; conduct requirement analysis, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Define and enforce delivery standards; improve processes to ensure high-quality project execution.
Stay updated with the latest in MERN, Flutter, Python, and Agile practices to introduce improvements and efficiency in projects.
(1) Architecture & Technical Design:
Guide design and architecture for scalable solutions in MERN projects.
Create comprehensive architecture documentation including:
High-Level Design (HLD) documents
Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
System context and component diagrams
Technology stack justifications
Review code and enforce best practices in coding standards, security, and performance.
Apply basic DevOps knowledge for deployments and liaise with infra teams when required.
(2) Documentation & Standards Implementation:
Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle:
API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)
Database schemas and data models
Integration specifications
Deployment and configuration guides
Support Business Analysts in creating as-built documentation:
Technical specifications based on business requirements
System integration documentation
User guides and technical manuals
Implementation and configuration documentation
Implement and enforce documentation standards across all projects in alignment with company frameworks
Ensure all projects maintain comprehensive, up-to-date technical documentation repository
(3) Quality & Process Improvement:
Define and enforce delivery standards; improve processes to ensure high-quality project execution.
Implement coding standards, documentation standards, and architecture review processes established by senior leadership.
Stay updated with the latest in MERN, Flutter, Python, and Agile practices to introduce improvements and efficiency in projects.
Collaborate with Senior Architect to apply implementation frameworks and best practices across service verticals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
8+ years in software development, with at least 4–5 years in technical leadership roles.
Hands-on coding experience in MERN stack, and Flutter, Python (good to have)
Proven track record of managing and delivering large Agile projects in IT services or product development.
Basic knowledge of deployments, and DevOps tools (CI/CD, cloud hosting).
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage delivery under pressure while maintaining quality.
Nice to Have:
Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
Familiarity with BFSI, Retail, or Healthcare projects.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
