Solution Architect|RAN Integration

Join our Team About this opportunity: Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable technical solutions in your respective technical domain. These solutions will be based on customer specifications and business needs. As Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating both short- and long-term profitable business strategies for Ericsson. This will be accomplished by working closely with the Core 3 team to translate customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals. Locations: Bengaluru, Kochi, Indore, Raipur, What You Will Do: • Engage in detailed discussions with customers to understand their technology strategy and identify key challenges. • Analyze customers' technology and business environments along with their non-functional requirements. • Identify customers' improvement areas and challenges related to both technology and business. • Collaborate with the Core 3 team to develop a list of potential activities and solutions. • Develop and present technical presentations to customers. • Support deployment of solution. • Performs integration and migration work in accordance with process framework and contractual obligations. • Performs troubleshooting to diagnose issues, taking corrective actions or raising escalations where needed to ensure quality of delivery. • Provide feedback to R&D team. • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing. The Skills You Bring: • Strong consultative skills. • Proven experience in solution delivery. • Expertise in project implementation. • Skilled in negotiation. • Deep understanding of hardware, architecture, virtual/open environments, technology, protocols, and interfaces. • Working experience for deployment & Integration of RAN technologies like 5G, LTE, O-RAN etc. • Ability to coach and mentor team members. • Extensive experience as a solution architect. • Good financial acumen. • Market insights and understanding of market trends. • Comprehensive knowledge of Ericsson's portfolio. • Commitment to knowledge sharing and continuous learning. • Experience in technical sales support. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering etc. • 10-15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, preferably within the telecom sector. • Knowledge of hardware architecture, virtualization, and cloud environments. • Expertise in RAN network integration. • Knowledge of Microwave, Router integration is an advantage. • Experience with Ericsson’s product portfolio and solutions is highly desirable. • Willingness to travel as per requirement.
