Solution Designer
This role sits at the forefront of defining and designing high-level technical solutions that ensure reliable, stable, and operationally sound applications for financial crime, risk, and regulatory projects.
Description:
Set the gold standard for developing high-quality, maintainable, and consistent code by leading architectural decisions and providing expertise to ensure optimal solution design.
Deliver timely, accurate cost estimates for design and development phases while championing application asset lifecycle management from development to problem resolution and service continuity.
Drive complex incident recovery, technical troubleshooting, and stability validation in a flexible working environment that offers continuous learning opportunities and a supportive team.

Requirements:
Extensive IT industry experience in highly technical roles, ideally within financial services.
Expertise in Financial Crime, Risk, and Regulatory projects.
Strong systems development, integration, support, and maintenance knowledge.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a specialty in a technical domain or language.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with a consultative approach to technical problem resolution.
Experience in financial applications and an understanding of the financial services operating environment is desirable.
