Currently we are looking for Solution Developer
The Solution Developer is responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions between
Company software products and the customer s enterprise applications.
What you will be Doing :-
Participate in discovery meetings with key customer stakeholders to determine architectural
requirements for the integration of their Company's Software solution
Apply basic software platform and enterprise application technical knowledge to the design of
an integration solution, with direct oversight from other team members
Generate a written report that translates business requirements into technical specifications
required for the integration, with direct oversight from other team members
Participate in the presentation of documentation on solution requirements to key customer
stakeholders for validation and approval
Participate in basic integration implementations, enhancements and solution upgrades for
customers
Create and execute test plans, with direct oversight from other team members
Participate in basic configuration and development for interface connections between the
software solution and customer's enterprise application
Troubleshoot integration problems and recommend solutions, with direct oversight from other
team members
Interact with internal and external clients regarding integration processes and procedures
Provide accurate, complete, and actionable information to other groups and departments
Provides input in the creation of documentation (Solution design, reference guides, and training
material) throughout the development process
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices,
including but not limited to, Hyland s Information Systems Security Policy
What will make you successful :-
Bachelor s Degree in related field, such as Management Information Systems or Computer
Science
Alfresco experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Nuxeo experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Solid collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the
subject and the audience
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner
Sharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude
