8+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications

Deep technical understanding of GIS, Esri technology and the infrastructure industry as they relate to one another
Demonstrated knowledge of electric, gas, telecom, or rails, new technology trends, and the ability to translate knowledge into solutions for customers
Expert in listening to clients, assessing needs, creating solutions, presenting, and visual storytelling across all levels of the organization
Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 50%
Bachelor’s in geography, GIS, business, or a related field

Lead staff to develop, deliver and engage on strategic Esri Events, tradeshows, conferences, and executive engagements that will promote thought leadership in the geospatial industry

Work across the team to support a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities

Overview

At Esri, our solution engineer managers provide leadership to highly skilled technical teams that promote and sell the adoption of Esri technology in partnership with account and sales managers and other internal teams. We invite you to use your coaching and team-building skills, as well as your experience with geospatial technology, to become an integral part of the infrastructure management team. We are looking for an individual who can inspire and motivate others and who leads by example.
