meeting orders target for AC Systems across the HUB and assigned areas/accounts, OR GM% for same scope Effective implementation and uses of M&S tools, market/ competition intelligence & customer connect Pan India and Hub India Alignment with global product group and sale teams to effectively deploy market positioning pricing, and strategies Your background Engg graduate Elect/ Electronics, with PG/ Management background 15-18 Years in marketing/ sales/ product management of grid automation (protection, automation, communication, distribution) technologies and would have dealt with Power utilities/ Oil and GAS / Railways/ Metros/ EPC/ End users, good convincing, communication and presentation skills At-least 5-yrs experience in leadership role to have managed team responsibility, handling team of 3-4 colleagues and facilitating sale budget of 50-M
