We are seeking a high-performing Solution Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Value Selling including AI Video Analytics, GenAI and AI enable solutions, Managed Services in Voice Data and Collaboration Businesses. The base location will be Mumbai.
Objectives of this role:
As Solution Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales activities, leading deals from qualification to closure for complex, integrated deals. This is your chance to shape opportunities, paving the way for groundbreaking negotiations with top-level executives, including CXOs and closing deals. You will be responsible for Customer acquisition, hunting sales role, responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle from identification and qualification through contract negotiation and signing. You will understand customer’s business imperatives, articulate Progility Technologies relevance to these imperatives, and leverage consultative selling to establish us as a key participant in customer's business ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term sustainable customer relationships with CXOs. This role will have a travel component of upto50% both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy and plan for Solutions like AI Video Analytics, Notetaker, Voice, Collab, Managed Services, Cyber Security & Surveillance.
o Lead and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Notetaker & AI Video Analytics solutions. o The candidate would be capable of providing Advisory services including Assessment of client systems landscape, conducting the Discovery phase and come up with an appropriate Technology Strategy of the proposed solution.
o The candidate should be well versed with custom software development, including and not restricted to websites, portals, functional systems and AI Systems, in order to carve out the functional and technical scope of projects in discussion.
o Display Thought Leadership by preparing articulations, GTM strategies, Publishing White Papers, participating in Industry Forums/Events & Developing Case Studies and Manage and co-ordinate market and feasibility studies.
o Develop a good understanding of the designated industry segment for En Pointe.
o Develop and implementstrategies to exceed sales objectivesthrough effective use of direct and extended team resources.
o Foster and facilitate a team environment which intersects empowerment with accountability. Interact with CXO Suite, the CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and IT Directors.
Required Skills:
• 7-10 years ofrich experience in Sales of Solutionsfor innovation led solutions Like AI Video Analytics, Notetaker, Audio/ Video/Data, Managed Services, Cyber Security and Surveillance along with strong connections with Customers, OEM partners and supply chain management partners.
• Overallstrong experience in AI Video Analytics, Notetaker, UCC, IT Infrastructure, Command & Control, Collaboration, Cloud, Networking sales acrossthe country for listed named accounts for Large Enterprise.
• Demonstrated experience in value selling, ability to craft compelling solutions to clients with empathy to client’s problem and demonstrating in the underlying capability.
• Experience working with AI-powered video analytics or similar technologies is highly preferred.
• Should have a solid customer stakeholder connects across the region and even PAN India with customers / prospects. Candidate with international experience, especially in the Middle East would be advantageous. • Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and complex deals. This would include end to end solution development and execution of large/complex deals and proposals.
Background and Experience:
• Candidates with Engineering and Management education, with 7-10 yrs. Of experience in India & Middle East markets.
• Candidates with Technology Consulting led Sales background, with ability to display versatility in quickly picking up advanced technologies like GenAI, AI, Cybersecurity Analytics and Data driven decision frameworks.
