Solutions Architect / AI & CX Technology Consultant
You will play a key role in shaping how businesses use AI and automation to optimise their contact centres. You will work closely with potential clients and proposals from inception, helping them understand their challenges and designing tailored solutions that improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing AI and automation solutions to optimise contact centre operations
Collaborating with leading vendors like AWS, Genesys, NICE, Verint (and others) to implement the latest technology
Translating complex solutions into clear, actionable strategies for senior stakeholders
Requirements:
Background in solution architecture, process optimisation, and CX technologies
Problem-solving mindset with ability to understand business needs and create smart, scalable solutions
Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting ideas and influencing senior stakeholders
Experience with AWS, Genesys, NICE, or Verint is highly regarded
This is a fully remote role offering flexibility to work from anywhere when not travelling. You will be part of a supportive and innovative team that values fresh perspectives and is committed to empowering women in tech.
