Solution Architect (Node.js & Python – Voice AI Focus)
Location: Bhopal/Hybrid
Experience: 7+ Years
Responsibilities:
• Architect and lead development of scalable Voicebot backend in Node.js/Python.
• Build, manage, and optimize conversational AI workflows (TTS, STT, NLP).
• Define system architecture, data pipelines, and microservice integrations.
• Provide architectural guidance to backend teams for all product verticals.
• Collaborate with product and DevOps teams for deployment strategy.
Must-Have Skills:
• Deep knowledge of Node.js and Python.
• Strong background in LLM, NLP and designing AI-driven voice systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), microservices, and API architecture.
• Previous experience in voice tech or contact center tech is a big plus
