About the Role
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect who combines deep technical expertise across backend, web, and mobile technologies with strong pre-sales and client-facing skills. In this role you will design modern, scalable solutions and play a key part in winning new business by shaping proposals, presenting to clients, and ensuring that technical visions align with business goals.
Skills & Responsibilities
Architecture & Delivery
Design end-to-end solutions spanning backend services, web applications, and native/hybrid mobile apps.
Define system architectures, integration patterns, and technology stacks that balance scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with engineering leads to guide implementation and maintain architectural integrity through delivery.
Conduct architecture reviews, code assessments, and performance tuning.
Leadership & Collaboration
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business challenges into technology roadmaps.
Mentor development teams and contribute to best-practice guidelines and reusable solution patterns.
Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their fit for client needs.
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
Partner with sales and account teams to qualify opportunities and shape winning proposals.
Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to capture requirements and propose solutions.
Create high-impact presentations, solution diagrams, and estimates that clearly communicate value to executive and technical audiences.
Present technical strategies and respond to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring feasibility and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
About You
7+ years in software development or architecture roles, with demonstrable expertise across backend (e.g., .NET, Node.js, Java, or similar), web (modern JavaScript frameworks, REST/GraphQL APIs), and mobile (iOS, Android, or cross-platform) stacks.
Proven track record designing cloud-native solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Strong pre-sales experience: leading pitches, crafting proposals, estimating projects, and presenting to executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Architect) a plus.
