Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solutions Architect at Memores. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and maintainable technology solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and architect end-to-end solutions. You will also provide technical guidance and support throughout the development and implementation process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Working collaboratively with Business and IT stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements.
● Technology decision-making and proposing the best solution to the client for the product capabilities/solutions.
● Defining and documenting the overall solution architecture and design that addresses both functional and non-functional requirements including cost, performance, scalability, and security.
● Taking complete ownership of the agreed technical deliverables in the project(s) and ensuring their timely and quality delivery.
● Working closely with the project manager and providing input for cost estimations, resource planning, delivery risks and their mitigations.
● Developing and maintaining architectural standards and best practices.
● Leading and mentoring project teams to deliver the tasks, and providing technical guidance and support to development teams.
● Contributing to pre-sales, assisting Business Development Managers with effort
estimation and resource planning.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
● 6+ Years of experience in design and architecture of mid to large scale IT solutions that meet the necessary performance, scalability, and security standards, addressing any potential risks or vulnerabilities.
● Strong hands-on experience of various architectural patterns and design principles.
● Hands-on experience with any of the Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) platforms.
● Hands-on experience in any modern scripting languages such as Java/J2EE, Node.JS,Python, C#,.Net, etc.
● Well versed with DevOps strategies, CI/CD tools and implementation.
● Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
● Passionate about learning new technologies and effectively use learnings into implementation.
● Strong communication and interpersonals.
● Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
● Architect level certification in one of the cloud platforms AWS, GCP, Azure is desirable.
