5+ years of Architecture expereince, preferably in financial services
TOGAF Certification or equivalent
Strong understanding of digital and transactional banking and a familiarity with banking regulations and industry standards
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and adress challenges in complex environments
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution and communicate and consult effectively with stakeholders
