Role : Solutions Architect Full Stack
Duration : 6 months with possible extension
Hybrid - Once a week in office
Office Address : MANYATA EMBASSY BUSINESS PARK, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560045
Working hours : 11 AM to 5 PM IST and then from 8 PM to 10 PM IST for full 8 hour day
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a focus on full-stack development to join our Retail Store Technology team.
This senior role holds accountability for the solution architecture of business-transformative projects from inception through to implementation.
As a Solutions Architect, you will be a part of a dynamic Architecture community with a focus on understanding and shaping the retail and payments domain.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept in full-stack technologies, and possess a strong background in retail and payment systems.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Java, J2EE technology stack, and front-end technologies like React.js.
• At least 8 years of hands-on architectural experience.
• Proficiency in programming APIs, Java / JEE, Hibernate, Spring Framework, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, and SOAP / REST web services.
• Experience in data modeling and writing stored procedures.
• Valued experience in the retail and payment domain.
• Familiarity with third-party tool integration and cloud middleware platforms.
Desired Skills and Knowledge :
• Strong understanding of SaaS solution design and system design patterns and anti-patterns.
• Experience with full application development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies; waterfall, agile, and hybrid.
• Proficiency in using UML for building solution architecture models.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and leadership qualities, including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
Tools and Technologies :
• Proficiency with Java, J2EE, React.js, Spring Framework, and other related full-stack development tools.
• Experience with RESTful Web Services and API development.
• Knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
• Proficiency in using modeling tools to create UML diagrams.
