Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate, prepare and compile tech bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.
• To coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments, collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers.
• Coordination with OEM for technical compliances, technical solutioning, brochures etc.
• Coordinate and work with internal cross functional departments to ensure accuracy and timely submission of proposals and tenders.
