Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (2–3 years experience) who is passionate about building scalable web applications and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proficient in Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI), frontend frameworks like Vue or React, and has a good understanding of HTML/CSS. This is a client-facing role, and we are seeking someone who is confident in communicating with stakeholders and can take ownership of the project.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and define technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python and Vue.js or React
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Flask or Django
• Implement responsive UI components and dynamic front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Manage project timelines and deliverables independently
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards across the team
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency
Skills & Requirements:
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one of the following frameworks: Flask or Django or FastAPI
• Solid experience with Vue.js or React
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git workflows, and database design (SQL or NoSQL)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact directly with clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Experience managing projects or modules independently is a big plus
