Job Description
Experience Level: Intermediate (min. 2 years) to Senior level
Job Responsibilities:
• Become a subject matter expert on Tarana’s cloud management system.
• Handle escalations and provide technical assistance to customer support engineers.
• Escalate issues to engineering as needed and qualify the proposed solutions.
• Lead the effort to test new features and help troubleshoot and resolve issues by working together with the relevant teams
• Participate in feature design and product development discussions.
• Development of monitoring and alerting frameworks in collaboration with DevOps and Engineering.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with cloud applications on AWS.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for cloud applications is a must.
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills in microservice-based applications and cloud infrastructure.
• High proficiency with Linux and TCP/IP networking.
• Familiarity with creating root cause analysis...
