Responsibilities as a Sommelier…
Ensuring spectacular wine service in the restaurant at all times Working with the restaurant’s extensive wine list and using your knowledge of wine to create the perfect pairing for dishes served in the restaurant Helping and advising guests with their wine and after-dinner drink choices Going above and beyond to fulfil special requests from guests Maintaining, replenishing and cleaning all wine service areas to ensure efficient service
As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for finding the perfect pairings to compliment the variety of flavoursome dishes served in their award-winning restaurant.
