Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and maintenance of cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement state management using GetX or BLoC, following clean architecture practices.
• Build responsive and adaptive user interfaces for Android, iOS, Web, and Windows platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and senior developers to deliver polished UI/UX experiences.
• Integrate and manage Flutter animations and transitions to enhance interactivity.
• Debug and resolve issues with guidance from senior team members.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1–2 years of Flutter development experience.
• Solid understanding of Dart language and Flutter framework.
• Hands-on experience with GetX and/or BLoC for state management.
• Understanding of clean architecture principles and folder structure.
• Experience in developing for Android and iOS; exposure to Web and Windows is a plus.
• Ability to create responsive UI designs for various screen sizes.
• Basic knowledge of animations and transitions in Flutter.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Experience using Git and version control workflows.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate within a team.

• Familiarity with basic testing frameworks (unit, widget, or integration testing).
