Are you a master negotiator with a knack for sourcing amazing venues? Join our lively team as a Sourcing Manager and be the superstar behind unforgettable meetings! You’ll collaborate closely with our clients, refining budgets and securing top-tier venues. If you’re ready to elevate your career while making a tangible impact, we’d love to meet you!
You’re Good At:
Negotiating contracts for pharmaceutical meetings to score the best prices and ensure compliance for our customers.
Identifying and implementing strategic sourcing strategies with preferred vendors.
Conducting site inspections and evaluating venues that meet client specifications.
Collaborating seamlessly with Meeting Managers and Operations Leadership.
Keeping meticulous organization while juggling multiple sourcing projects.
You Might Also Have:
Proficiency in both French and English, allowing you to connect with diverse clients. This is a requirement for this role.
Experience with Cvent or similar technology platforms to streamline sourcing processes.
A talent for creating engaging venue PowerPoint presentations.
Strong organizational skills and time management prowess.
A willingness to travel occasionally, as our exciting opportunities take you places!
You Should Know
This is an office based role in Montreal, Canada. The expectation is to be onsite at our client's office at least 2 days per week.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in Canada for the position of Sourcing Manager is between $70,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
