We are now hiring a Sous Chef at our VICTORIA HARBOUR location in Victoria, BC. Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality including opportunities to transfer to CRAFT locations in other Canadian cities.

What You’ll Do:
You will be a part of our mission to make our team, our community, and our world, a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include:
Being a direct report for the back of house team members, assisting in ongoing projects, and championing development
Exhibiting heart and soul, thriving in a busy environment, and being social and outgoing
What You've Done:
2-3 years kitchen/restaurant experience
1-2 years of experience as a sous chef, or comparable
Keywords: restaurant, cook, kitchen, line cook, culinary, manager, leader
REQUIREMENTS
2 years previous experience as a line cook is preferred
Flexible full time availability
Understanding of food safety and sanitation
Friendly, energetic personality
Strong teamwork and communication skills
