Urgently required Sous chef who is working as Sous chef or Jr Sous Chef.
Ensure guest satisfaction and delight them by delivering high quality food products
Would assist the Kitchen Executive in food preparation
Ensure proper presentation of Kitchen, products & services to meet company set standards
Maintain a hygienic kitchen, personal hygiene and safe preparation of food in assigned food production areas
Clean the kitchen and equipment
Ensure a five star product is achieved at all times
Prepares cooks and stores the required mis-en-place as per the menu.
Cleans and re-sets his/her working area
To be aware of food and beverage financial budgets and goals
Implement procedures which enhance the better guest experience and satisfaction
Ensure that all food items are prepared as per
standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste
Ensure proper implementation of the Prevention of food adulteration
Responsible for the safety of all guest services
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
Prepares appetisers, salads, vegetables, desserts for all requested banquets and room service functions.
Works out on floor for special events; carving meats for customers, working in pasta stations and omelette stations.
Prepares all orders in a timely manner.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
