Join our luxury property located within the stunning Gir Wildlife Sanctuary as a Sous Chef. We’re looking for a multicuisine chef with strong expertise in Gujarati cuisine, who is passionate about culinary excellence and thrives in unique, nature-inspired environments. As Sous Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen team, and help craft exceptional dining experiences

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in daily kitchen operations and manage team performance
• Prepare and supervise a wide range of multicuisine dishes, with a focus on authentic Gujarati cuisine
• Ensure high standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain operational efficiency
• Work closely with the F\&B service team to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards consistently
• Contribute to menu planning using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
Your Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in upscale hotel or resort kitchens
• Strong command of Indian, international, and especially Gujarati cuisine
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to perform in high-pressure and remote-location environments
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, hygiene, and food cost controls
