Experience – Worked for a minimum of 3 years as “Sous Chef/cdp” in a 4-star category hotel

Knowledge of menu pricing

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Strong leadership and team management skills

overseeing kitchen operations and staff

Key Skill:

Candidate location preferred- Bikaner/Jodhpur/Jaisalmer (Can relocate to Bikaner)

Associate's degree in Culinary Arts

5-6 years of kitchen experience
