As the second in command in our kitchen, you will be responsible for adhering to and enforcing our executive chef’s requirements and guidelines. Our ideal candidate is a creative professional who is eager to contribute to the creation of delectable seasonal menus and meal designs.
Your responsibilities will include hiring new employees, resolving customer issues, and creating new menu options. You should have excellent communication skills as well as a thorough understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
