The ideal candidate will be an experienced, forward-thinking Culinary professional who is passionate about culinary arts and carries an excellent skill-set for an Indian restaurant. The candidate should have thorough knowledge about Indian regional cuisines. Special preference to candidates with knowledge in Marwadi, Gujarati and Punjabi cuisine.
We are looking to hire a Sous chef for EatFit business with 4-6 years of experience. Looking for candidates who has a tick across all the below aspects -
To act as manager on duty for the kitchen as scheduled.
Hands-on approach to all operational aspects with culinary skill-set.
Good communication skills and basic computer skills.
Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
To ensure that customers are always receiving an exceptional dining experience representing true value for money.
Ensure that all food items are prepared as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
To frequently verify that only the highest quality products are used in food preparation.
To be aware of all financial budgets and goals. Ensure that all recipes and product yields are accurately calculated and reviewed regularly.
To project a positive and motivated attitude among-st all associates.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hotel management & hospitality administration.
Years of Experience : 4-6 years.
Communication skills (English), spoken and written
