THIS POSITION IS IN JAKARTA, INDONESIA.
We are a boutique Indian Restaurant with Contemporary and Home Style Indian Food. We rank number 1 in Tripadvisor ratings among Indian Restaurants and number around position 20-25 amongst over 8,400 Restaurants of all kinds in Jakarta listed in Tripadvisor. Credentials may be viewed on Tripadvisor.com.uk or on Face Book Page.
Currently the Chef and owner is Mrs Geetika who also Chafed for PM Modi during his visit here in May 2018.
For our expansion plans we need 2 Cooks and 1 Restaurant Managers.
For the Sous Chef Manager:
-Matured seasoned candidate Male or Female.
-should have over 5 years experience of which over 2 years as a Manager in an Indian Cuisine Resto in India. A flare for boutique style delicate gourmet cuisine is highly desired too.
- At least University qualification, preference shall be given for candidates qualified from Hospitality Institutions.
-English language fluency is compulsory for this position.
-Single, Below 40 years of age. Married with single relocation in Jakarta will also be considered.
-strong references needed.
-hard working, intellectually capable and acumen for catering to mix nationalities.
-warm & cheerful personality without hiccup interacting with global community.
-candidates having worked on Cruises as supervisor / duty manager may also apply.
Local manpower skill and commitment is low, therefore position requires highly responsible and loyal personnel.
The company provides single person 3 years contract, immigration costs, with air fares paid both ways, income tax, accommodation, medicare, and Diwali Bonus. Annual leave shall be whole of 24th Month.
There is provision for profit sharing for dynamic candidates after 6 months of performance.
Interviews to short list will be conducted by Video Call in English Language, and a personal Interview shall be conducted in Delhi or Gurgaon in November-December 2026.
