Fulltime Position
sous chef required for a kitchen looking to cook at a Rosette level, this role in in lancashire within driving distance of preston, towards the coast. the sous chef position salary is 35-38k.
The roleWe are looking for a sous chef to support the head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, you will ensure the kitchen prep is all done and ready for service. you will run the pass when head chef is off or run a section on the other days, this role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
ExperienceWe are looking for a sous chef who is from a rosette level at sous chef or junior sous chef level. you will be organised and good knife skills
