Qualification: Bachelors in Hospitality Studies.

Job Description:
Responsibilities
· Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef.
· Helps in the design of food and drink menu.
· Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
· Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
· Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
· Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition.
· Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
· Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen’s performance.
· Prepares food properly.
· Schedules staff shifts.
· Trains new employees.
· Orders food supplies.
· Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment.
· Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen.
Required Skills:
· Good spoken English
· IELTS with 4.5 or above
Recruitment process and payment plan:
· Every candidate will be required to pay total sum of £+500 during the process.
• £500 deposit payment once through with the 1st interview (with the agent or with the employer)
• 50% of the balance amount to be paid when offer letter is received and signed.
• Final balance of 50% to be paid when the COS is received.
• If the candidate withdraws the application during the processing period no refunds will be given.
• If we cannot source a vacancy within 6 months of having accepted the application, full refund will be given to the candidate.
· 1st round of interview will be a telephonic round.
· 2ndround will be an online interview
· 3rdround will be a final interview round.
