Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality in Mumbai. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the head chef in daily kitchen operations, preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen functioning.
Qualifications
• Culinary skills and knowledge of different cooking techniques
• Experience in menu planning and food preparation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
