this is cafe for classes, clients are high end and first choice of foreigners hence one must be guest interaction and great communication
JD - Will be responsible to efficiently running of the department in line with brand and Corporate Strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and management expectations.
This position is responsible managing /assigned kitchen operation & kitchen team as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
Eligibility -
• BHM/B.A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management, Worked at least 2-3 years as a Sous Chef / Key position in the Kitchen with a brand restaurant chain or Hotel.
• Communication must be excellent should be good in guest handling, conversation if required, Innovative, knowledge of menu planning and overall Menu Costing, team building and handling.
