Sous Chef
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panaji for a Banquet Sous Chef; Section: Asian at Taj Cidade de Goa - Horizon. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, assisting the Executive Chef in menu design, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen safety standards.
Qualifications
• Experience in menu planning and food preparation
• Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and sanitation regulations
• Leadership and teamwork skills
• Creativity in culinary techniques
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
