Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Spree Hospitality, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventories, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Sous Chef will also contribute creatively to menu planning and execution, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications
• Culinary arts training and relevant certifications
• Proven experience in kitchen management and food preparation
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team coordination skills
• Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Menu planning and inventory management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
